Karnataka State Open University — karnataka state open university fails to submit final year certificate not and convocation certificate in the year of 2016

We passed out in the year 2016 final year m.com
First year m.com 2015 in the month of may certificate is submitted b ykarnataka state open university {ksou} to the students. But final year certificate not sent and convocation certificate also not provided by the university. It is directly badly effect on job and future studies o[censored]s. It leads to waste of precious time and money too from last one and half years.
