I have applied for convocation certificate and send all details with fee through courier (Dtdc - z[protected] on 29th mar'17 which has been delivered on 04th apr'17. Karnataka State Open University customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 10, 2017 Updated by parveenl Got fake call ([protected])after lodging this request asking for credit card no. to pay 20 /- to resend degree certificate. It means this FORUM is also fake. ########!!!
