Karnataka State Open University — marksheet verification pending

I have sent my marksheet for verification but not getting any response, twice my draft has expired. Whenever i call they are taking my complete information and asking to call back after 2 hours. When i call back they don't answer. I don't know how to get my marksheet verified. I am in job and facing problems due to verification. My roll number is 111femb0162.
Kindly take this in to consideration and let me know what is the status of my verification. And if possible please verify and send it to me.
