Respected sir / mam
I'm subhajit chakraborty, c/o - narayan chandra chakraborty from dinhata, cooch behar, west bengal. I took admission on mca (Master in computer application) at distance education mode from "national institute of information technology - dinhata study center" (Niitm - dinhata boarding para, cooch behar, west bengal - 736135) in 2012. My roll no is : 11762mca0018.
The issue started after 4th semester that i didn't get my 5th & 6th semester certificates and documents. I have asked so many times to the study center in charge (Biswajit chakraborty) he says everything is fine your documents is on its way, but he is still unable to provide those documents yet.
Please guide me what should i do. I have attached all my documents which i have got from there, please find the attachment below. Seeking help. Thanking you. With regards
