I completed my btech in mechanical in ksou university on year 2015. But till date i not received my consolidated mark sheet & certificate from your franchise shivashakti iti, angul odisha.
Your franchisee not given my mark sheet & certificate, he said that ksou not send to me your mark sheet & certificate.

Please take needful action as soon as possible.

I have been completed my M.Tech-Information Technology course in[protected] from KSOU and MICI, Meerut was my Study Center. I applied for my M.Tech degree certificate twice. One was through study center and other was directly to KSOU.

Please help to get my degree and migration certificate.
