Karnataka State Open University — Not getting mark sheet

I am Neelam, I am studyng Maters in food and nutrition from KARNATAKA STATE OPEN UNIVERSITY Manasagangotri . I finished my first year and result announced in November but still I have not received my mark-sheets, As I have relocated to USA this mark sheet is very valuable because I can work here until my mark-sheets get evaluated, after requesting several times also, I am not sure weather they will give my marsksheet or not?
