I, former KSOU student who left his country of origin, D. R. Congo (Africa), and trusted two educational institutions in India with his studies and future, was student of VAG Infotech Pvt. Ltd/ Karnataka State Open University from 2011 to 2014 and haven’t received my final mark sheet for the Sixth semester nor any diploma to attest my degree completion since I completed my Bachelors in Business Administration in 2014 under registration number 16403 and 11701BBA015. The only document I have received from these 2 institutions to attest my degree completion is the letter “To whomever it may concern” and a provisional mark sheet with no signature
for the April 2015 session as I had to retake some exams.
I am now at a point where I want to pursue my Masters degree in the United Kingdom as I live there now and my new university has requested these two missing documents to enrol me in their program.
I have contacted Anju Anand, coordinator, and Shiv Kumar, centre manager at Vag Infotech, with no success as they can’t retrieve my student file. The last official document issued by KSOU is my mark sheet for the Fifth semester and an unsigned mark sheet for the 6th semester or provisional transcript (not too sure what it is exactly).
I wrote an email to the Registrar evaluation but they don’t reply to my emails.
Could you please advise further and help me get my official signed mark sheet for the Sixth semester as well as my transcript and final Bachelors in Business Administration diploma?
