Karnataka State Open University — Not received my dme final certificate since last two years

I have completed diploma mechanical engineering course in june 1014 and for my convocation certificate i have applied two times along with prescribed fees of rs. 850.00
Challan no's are :

[protected] dated 10/09/2015 rs. 850
Till date the convocation certificate not received. i have contacted several times to ksou didn't get any response.
