My last sem exam is pending since 8 months, i have submitted my full fee
Now the concern person is saying that ugc is not approving any institute to run technical programmes.

Concern perosn has stopped replying neithere i found him in the institute.

I have invested both my time and money and badly stuck in this situation.

Please suggest me any way to get my money back., please suggest what can be done in this?
