I am bsc 2nd year math appeared student of ksou for final exam oct-nov 2016.but our university did not arrange this final exam till today.

So when university arrange this final exam? My roll no.is 1476BSCMATH0002.

Partner of ksou says that all study centres are closed by ksou university, as per ugc letter.
Then pl give me direct suggestions about me for final exam.sept.2017 .
