Karnataka State Open University — regarding for ba degree certificate

Dear sir/ madam

I have done my ba in 2015 from ksou. My reg. No 12201ba0063 but i did not get my degree certificate i have each of semester's mark sheet. I also approached the study centre but i did not get the proper response.
It's my humble request to you kindly issue my degree certificate. It is very needful to my current job.
