Sir, i have did b, tech civil in ksou from the year[protected] through virutsham technical institute study center. I have paid allmy fees, even i have no arrears. But still now i have not received my provisional and convocation. I have contacted the ksouniversity many but there is no response from their side.

Dear Sir,
I Rajesh Kumar Vishwakarma completed diploma in Civil Engineering in[protected] from this University.
I got provisional certificate for the same in 2016 which i am attaching here.
Bur didn't get Convocation Certificate.
Request you to please do the needful.
