Most respectfully, i beg to say that i have completed my degree "diploma in electronics & telecommunication engineering" from "karnataka state open university"thru 'mindscan education'. I have passed all my subjects with good marks. Now i am applying for my mark sheet and certificate. I have received first semester, third semester and fourth semester marksheet. I have not received second, fifth and sixth semester's mark sheet. Sir, kindly issue my balance mark sheet and certificate. I shall be very thankful to you.
