Hi i am shreyash shinde from mumbai student of karnataka state open university i have taken admission on bsc interior design. I have come to university to take my transfer certificate but they didn, t give me tranfer has per rules. Of letter of institution where i am studying. After come to mumbai i send my all documents and letter of institution 1/2 half month go i was send my letter and documents but they didn't send my transfer certificate to my institution plz send my transfer certificate if my transfer not get they will not allow me in college i will lose all time and money they always ask plz send my transfer certificate i request you plz.

Passed in 2015 b.tech mechanical still not get provisional certificate and passing certificate and migration certificate.
Tried many numbers to university but no one responded right way. One man picked call guided to do post docs with letter and DD but still nothing happened and that money also logged
