Kasna Indane — Not getting refilled cylinder

I have booked a refilled cylinder against my consumer no 012128 on August 18th 2015 vide booking no 590969, cash memo no [protected]. but did not get the cylinder 23 days? Almighty God knows when same will be delivered. we are getting the cylinder regularly very late while in Delhi coinsumer is getting the cylinder in 2/3 days after the booking. is there the shortage of supply in the season ? if yes, what actions are being taken by the Indane. if no, when the distributor is not making the delivery timely to consumer. Is the consumer service of the Indane, very very surprising and sad.
