I book gas on line on dated 02 / 09 / 2015 but gas cylinder not delivered on dtd. 13 / 09 / 2015.
Delivered boy and he says that he given gas to me but i didn't recieve it. He has soled to another in black money and when delivered asking for more money rs. 580. 00rs....

I have booked a refilled cylinder against my consumer no 012128 on August 18th 2015 vide booking no 590969, cash memo no [protected]. but did not get the cylinder 23 days? Almighty God knows when same will be delivered. we are getting the cylinder regularly very late while in Delhi coinsumer is getting the cylinder in 2/3 days after the booking. is there the shortage of supply in the season ? if yes, what actions are being taken by the Indane....
