On[protected], I tried to pay my KSEB bill through online mode as usual. Due to a bad connection, the transaction failed. But an amount of Rs 1951 was deducted from my bank account. The transaction Id was[protected] and the transaction status was displayed as ' Rechecked. After 2 days, on[protected], I again tried the online payment option and this transaction was successful. To get money lost on[protected], I registered a complaint at my bank. But I didn't get my money back and I was asked to register a complaint at kseb. So I registered a complaint on the KSEB Web Self Service page under the section of Billing related complaints (Excess billing ). Complaint Number: [protected]
