Kesb bill payment through online banking but my account debited in fund and payment is failed transaction ID [[protected]]. please refund in account.consumer number[[protected]]
My consumer number is[protected], recently payed my kseb bill through tech process payment on 06/04/2022, the online bank transaction deduct amount from my bank account (HDFC Bank Pvt Ltd), the same time kseb online translation shows failure status (). So please clarify the amount goes to where. It is not refund still to my bank account. I already raised a compaint (No:[protected]) and it’s status is Acknowledged. That amount is not credited back or not adjusted to nee bill. Please do the need ful asap.
