My recharge date was June 24th and I successfully recharged it yesterday. SInce then, the connection has not been consistent. I complained the issue with the local service provider (Kappad, Kannur) yesterday itself. In the evening the connection was available for a brief period and since 8 pm yesterday, there has been no connection. I restarted the device multiple times and the issue still exists stating "couldn't get IP address". Shared the issue with the local service provider over whatsapp, and did the same this morning too and the only response that I received from him was "ok" with nothing on next steps or a time commitment by when he will be able to visit my residence to resolve the issue. I called on the Calicut customer service and after being on hold for couple of minutes, the call was disconnected from customer service side. This is frustrating when the customer service and local service provider side is below quality.
Similar issue happened on Dec 22nd 2022 and after repeated complaints with the local service provider and Kerala Vision customer service, after a week the issue was attended to.
My son is in 12th standard and has online coaching classes on a daily basis and without internet, attending classes is a challenge.
Someone from the management should look into these kind of issues.
I end up paying the monthly charges to Kerala Vision and there is no consideration of lost internet connection discounts from Kerala Vision - both Kerala Vision and local service provider continue to enjoy the charges without any discounts - what kind of service is this?
