[Resolved]  Kesari Tours — No Credit- Refund Been a Year

I am reaching out regarding the travel package booking made by my aunt for her brother-in-law's 25th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, due to health reasons, she is unable to undertake long-distance travel. We are frequently visiting their office and following up via calls but no response from the Trip details ( KG 30 April 00423/4 Ms Sonal Acharya and Bhanukumar Acharya. Please note Bhanukumar is also a heart patient besides having other health issue . They alreadt deducted the required amount its been a year now.

My aunt financed this trip using funds from her late husband's provident fund, as she is a single widow with no current source of income.

Given the circumstances, I kindly request a refund for the travel package to support my aunt during this difficult time. Your understanding and prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
