KFC India — Money deducted but not refunded in acc

When I tried to order kfc in shop from the tv that they have placed in their shop every thing was wright but their payment machine was not working and I thought I have to pay the amount in the given QR code given in the payment machin as mention in the screen to pay there and after payment not bill and all received and I called to manager he said this is the wrong QR code and I said but the fault was their because machine was not working and manager said funds will refunded back in acc after 24 hours but it’s been 48 hours not update and the amount is 713 kfc do something other wise I will case on u
