KFC — unfair pricing when reordering due to wrong delivery

I recently had an issue with KFC through Zomato, where I received the wrong order. While they initiated a refund, I was shocked to find that reordering the same item cost more than double the original price after GST, delivery fees, and service charges.

KFC — No Delivery was given

#K752A19272 is my order number.
I gave my order at 4:10pm and was waiting for 40 mins. Then when I called the store, they are telling me that there is no delivery partner, and they can't deliver the order. My only option is to pick up from the store or cancel the order. The store is so negligent that they kept me waiting for this much time and now telling me this. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Now I am not getting...

KFC India — Not providing payment receipt and not serving drinks with lid.

I visited KFC in GVK mall Panjagutta. I ordered food and they didnot provide bill and also charged me GST. I had ordered combo with chicken + french fries + drink. The order was take away.
