Dear KFC India Customer Service,

I am writing to complain about an issue I encountered while trying to place an order through the KFC India app at approximately 08:47 pm on 9th April 2025.

I completed the payment of ₹458.01 using Google Pay, but unfortunately, no order was generated or confirmed. I have attached a screenshot as proof of the successful payment.

Address: KFC Saket Road, Dammaiguda Road, Kapra, Hyderabad

My son Ishaan has placed an order at 8:59pm on 07-Apr-25 with order no. K596A34422 with expected delivery at 9:39pm. Till 11:20 it is not delivered. My son had to drive all the way from home to KFC Outlet Saket Road, Hyderabad only to be informed by the Manager that their delivery partner has picked up the order at 8:30 pm and that he has all the evidence that it is picked up.
