KFC India — Payment deducted but meal denied. Humiliated at store and refund not processed yet.

Order of Rs 1719 was paid through UPI but they denied my meal, citing that payment was not confirmed. They kept me waiting for 30 mins and later asked me to raise a complaint aginst kfc online if I want to, they cannot help.

Till date, refund not processed and no update of refund yet.
