I took a loan from kissht app on February 16 2024 of rupees 50000. I get 45500rs... I want to repay the loan for more loan offer... Then I called the customer care for the loan offer. After that a call from kissht I'd. He said that he is the collection team leader named pankaj yogi and his number is [protected]. Again I called customer care for clearing doubt... After that he again called me and said what I talk to customer care service and said my full loan previous history . I trusted him and he gave a account number with ID KISSHT and send money to the account number from my wife's account.. but the payment not updated.. I complaint to the customer care many times to know about the agent but they don't say anything... They saying that they are checking... Its been 10 and more days... And my emi starting on March 16 2024... I want a solution immediately.
