This thread was updated on Mar 1, 2024 I took a loan from kissht app on February 16 2024 of rupees 50000. I get 45500rs... I want to repay the loan for more loan offer... Then I called the customer care for the loan offer. After that a call from kissht I'd. He said that he is the collection team leader named pankaj yogi and his number is [protected]. Again I called customer care for clearing doubt... After that he again called me and said what I talk to customer care service and said my full loan previous history . I trusted him and he gave a account number with ID KISSHT and send money to the account number from my wife's account.. but the payment not updated.. I complaint to the customer care many times to know about the agent but they don't say anything... They saying that they are checking... Its been 10 and more days...
