I have submitted by KYC document including my photograph, PAN, DL etc as per the procedure. But my KYC is still pending citing reason the photo in my DL is vague. The DL is issued by Kerala Govt and I am carrying it on daily basis because of that the photo got faded lightly, but visible. Even Police accepts the same during checking. I have raised a query in the mail id provided in the website but it bounced back.
The first Kochi1 card issued worked fine and got it replaced with another one which will not read in entry/exit gate need to take help of customer care people every time. When enquired they said the new card issued by axis bank is faulty and they have reported the same. So i stopped using metro and now commuting in my own vehicle. But the Pathadippalam metro station people are so kind enough and replaced my faulty card with another card of old stock which is working. My card No [protected].
