Stop writing that the metro reaches the next station in 1 minute when it takes 1 minute to leave the station itself.And another 1 minute to reach the station.

And, one more thing.. When the stop is not nearby at all, i don't know why there is announced to be away from the doors and that this is the stop.. Informing 30 seconds before is fine but before that when the metro is slowing to reach at 2 minutes is so wrong..

And here is the proof:

Ernakulam South to Maharajas College - 18:41 to 18:44.

Maharajas to Mg road - 18:44 to 18:46

Town hall to mg road -2 minutes[protected]

9:26 to 9:28 am

Mg road to Maharajas College - 2 minutes[protected]

9:28 to 9:30 am

Maharajas College to Ernakulam South - 2 minutes[protected]

9:30 to 9:32 am

How can you write that the nect stop will be reached by 1 minute when it is after completing one minute that the metro leaves the station?

Or make up the time in the next stop... Repeatedly the same mistake.

    The time taken to reach the metro station is 2 minutes not one minute...Stop writing in the display saying it would reach by 1 minute when that is a lie. Even if people are boarded early, the door won't close for another 10 seconds...When the stop is reached, the door won't open for another 10 seconds...And to board the people, it would take another second so it's 1 minute in total to leave the stop when the station is reached in 1.5 or 2 minutes...

      The metro display says that there is one minute to reach next stop but they are taking 2 minutes...From previous stop to South Ernakulam, they're taking 2 minutes (9:45 to 9:47 am).

      For other stops like Kaloor also, there is a time lag of 2 minutes...This is happening to the metro at 9: 15 also when the arrival to Edappally is at 9:16 am.

      I'm getting late to office every day when I was reaching by 9:43 (in 9:15 metro or 9:23 metro), now I'm reaching by 9:47 which makes me to reach office by 10:00 am...And i have to be out late because if that.

      If someone has to be out early, i will get yellow mark also because unlike others, i can't be out early..

          I travel metro to reach destination on time. But due to the technical issue at pathadipalam and cusat. They have made the train timing to aluva 20 min. And the timing of aluva train everyday varies. On may 21 2022. That is today. I reached at kaloor metro. Usually they display on board the timing to aluva or pathadipalam. With that I could decide whether I should travel in bus or metro. But they are not displaying . When we reach at platform only we could know whether it's aluva or pathadipalam. After 3 pathadipalam train aluva train arrived. And I have to enter office late because of metro. We understood the technical issue. But at least post the train timing correctly. With that we could travel our planning.

            Kindly provide. Sufficent chairs or seating arrangments on platforms... Where should the passengers sit.. Only 6 chairs are availble .. Why metro cant put more chairs on the waiting sides.. There is many spaces simply left kindly put some.chairs...

              I also register a complaint on metro station, problme that aircondition inside the metro is poor. All the peoples are sweeting. I get so many times this feeling.we traveling for a better traveling experience, please resolve the issue for a better customer satisfaction

                I have submitted by KYC document including my photograph, PAN, DL etc as per the procedure. But my KYC is still pending citing reason the photo in my DL is vague. The DL is issued by Kerala Govt and I am carrying it on daily basis because of that the photo got faded lightly, but visible. Even Police accepts the same during checking. I have raised a query in the mail id provided in the website but it bounced back.
                The first Kochi1 card issued worked fine and got it replaced with another one which will not read in entry/exit gate need to take help of customer care people every time. When enquired they said the new card issued by axis bank is faulty and they have reported the same. So i stopped using metro and now commuting in my own vehicle. But the Pathadippalam metro station people are so kind enough and replaced my faulty card with another card of old stock which is working. My card No [protected]. But due to long intervals between trains I am still commuting in my own vehicle

                  Too highly charged and also not economic for common ppl, students and daily customers.
                  Bad behaviour of the parking staff and also no recipt provided after the money is taken.
                  This is a failure form the govt's side.

                    My office starts at 8.00 AM I am unable to use metro as same is not available frequently. There is gap of more than 10 min between two trains and this makes it tough for me reach my office on time. Kindly increase the frequency of metro services during the slot 7 to 8 Am and please restrict the time gap between two trains to 5 min

                      Most of the buses in ernakulam city that have axis bank kochi metro card service, have complaint in the ticket vending machine. They says that the machine is not reading the kochi one card. Hence i have to pay the money always. I doubt how the machine became complaint this much soon. They can enter the details and print the ticket with that machine when i am giving money.

                        I have recharged my axis bank kochi metro card for rs 500 on[protected] but when i check my metro app statement on[protected] rs 85 has been taken from my account without any reason or transaction details on account statements. I don't use the card for other transactions i only use the card in metro stations. When i visited card customer support at metro station regarding this issue they told me to register a complaint. Not a word told about my lost money. I think they are taking money from all accounts but people usually don't notice it. If i don't check the statement & balance i won't see this.

                          Totally against the parking fee they have introduced in most of the stations. I am a daily user of metro rail from ambattukavu to palarivatom. Today onward i have to pay the parking fee of 12/hr for a bike. I am using trip pass for 60 days from last 9 months. Kindly please avoid parking fee for travelers using trip pass. Else will have to rethink of renewing it. Thank you.
                          Iam also supporting the same statement. Take off the parking charges and also the staff at mg road oppo parking station is very bad at behaving to the customers.

                            Hi,

                            Today i came to pulinchodu metro station at 5.45 am to board the train starting at 6 am. Entry gate from road was locked. So i called the security who were sleeping inside. He told gate can open only at 6 am. What is the logic in opening the gate at 6 am to board a train at 6am? I had to wait in the road. He opened the gate at 5.59. I had to rush through the staircase and quickly reached the ticked counter. I had to attend an examination. So reaching on time was important for me. If an old man or any person who is new to metro, then how he can reach the train within 1 minute from the road? Irresponsible employees will bring bad reputation to metro.

                              non issuance of parking receipt even after demanding

                              Our ticket nos 6438.11.122.492 to 495. We demand tickets after parking our vehicle he not issued but also charged rs 35 from me, later we came to know its only rs 30. We feel we are cheated by the metro authorities. We are from munnar and we visitd the metro by the experience we feel dont like visiting metro again. If cannot issue parking ticket you must not collect charges. Thanking you jacob george...
