Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital — Regarding a female doctor in emergency department

I had brought my father on 1 September at 3 am due to fall at home. They asked to get CT scan . Everything was fine till then. We were said patient would be admitted if there is anything bad in CT scan. Now after some while, assistant doctor of Dr Akshat came and examined my father. He said he is absolutely fine and you can take Him home and he needs rest. So we said fine we will take him home. Now after sometime this female doctor who has white hair and wear specs was asking my mother to sign dama form. Now what's the confusion with the treating doctor advise and casualty doctor advise. Ok fine admission is needed, I went to the admission counter but no bed available in general ward. I went and told the doctor at casualty that mam I think I will take dama. She got angry and exclaimed in a very sarcastic manner and even I got angry and raised my voice. She has no right to say aap kya Kar rahe ho and all. It is our decision to keep patient or take him home. This doctor is not great person and had no righ to speak to me rudely. I feel strict action is needed against her.
