[Resolved]  Kolkata Customs — parcel stuck with invoice missing

My parcel with tracking number rb[protected]sg is stuck with kolkata customs since[protected] with retention reason being invoice missing.
I thereby contacted kolkata customs on twitter and was asked to email the invoice to their email address [protected]@gov.in.
And the invoice (As provided to me by the sender) was emailed on[protected].
Its[protected] and there is no update whatsoever.
If there is any issue or requirement of more documents, its better if the customs contacted me.
Atleast i need a update on the parcel.
Such lousy egoistic behavior is very very disturbing
I do understand the workload on them but with these kind of delays aren't they creating more o[censored]ndue workload?

I need my parcel asap

I have also raised a official query on the status of my parcel on the e-helpline on the Kolkata Customs website on[protected], but to no avail. No response their either.
Why to make all such false adverts and promises of e-helpline and digitalisation if they don't even want to help in reality?
