From 02/02/2021 to 17/08/2021, the Track Consignment is showing that my parcel is on CUSTOM HOLD at KOLKATA...

My Parcel with tracking id(CJ[protected]US) is stuck in Kolkata custom with out any reason. They have not let us know about the issue because of which the parcel is stuck. It received the parcel from Delhi Custom at 03/07/2021.
Kindly help us in this....

Sir i have ordered some hair problem medicine from biovea, usa..through usps priority air mail service..it was already hold by delhi fpo for 9days.. from 21 march to to 30 mrch..now it has arrived at kolkata fpo on 31 march and held by custom for 2 days..tracking no(CY[protected]US.)...sir please release the product by 2 days because it is medicine and i urgently need it...as because it has already delayed in delhi for 9 days...sir do not hold...

I ordered an esc from aliexpress fo my college project and i need that argent to complete my project and the product is arrived 1 week before and till now the custom not yet cleared and not dispatched the product

My parcel with tracking id: rb[protected]sg is stuck with kolkata customs since 12/09/19 with retention reason: awaiting presentation to customs commissioner.
I thereby contacted kolkata customs on their webpage and raised a query with ticket no. : 477811

But no action has been taken yet.
I have been waiting for days for this package clearance but in vain.
Indianpost.in do not show any update whatsoever.br...

Items ordered on march month got hold at customs and never got released.

I have my parcel stuck at Kolkata customs since Friday.
I have tried to contact them via contact us page mentioned on thier website.
No one picks up the call.
How am i supposed to talk about shipment
If they dont even are to pick up the call.
Neither do they have any mail id for me to contact.
Its just really frustrating and fultige operation.

I had placed 2 order from aliexpress and it is dress only. It has been sent to kolkata from china on dt 07.04.2019 and still these has not been send to delhi. Kolkata customs held by packages. Please release my packages so that i can get my packages.

From 15 days onwards my parcel get stucked in custom which I purchased from ali express. I already paid for it. But because of this customs it didn't arrived yet. Try to send as soon as possible otherwise I need to take legal actions.
Its not only 1 parcel i ordered 5 things from there. And i want all of it because I pay for it....

My parcel with tracking number rb[protected]sg is stuck with kolkata customs since[protected] with retention reason being invoice missing.
I thereby contacted kolkata customs on twitter and was asked to email the invoice to their email address [protected]@gov.in.
And the invoice (As provided to me by the sender) was emailed on[protected].
Its[protected] and there is no update whatsoever.

Parcel stuck at kolkata custom
Hello my order stuck at kolkata custom at 3week ago. My tracking no:-eqtwl[protected]yq we made order 23 nov 2018 & kolkata come at 12 dec 2018. After go-to custom it take more than 3 weak. Please do some action to release my parcel. We try more than 7 number but either not attending or some one give one another number. Most of all number not reachable or transfer to other... My name dhaval sheladiabr...

My parcel had been stuck in kolkata customs for 6 months, complaint made no response they deleted my complaint after a month so i had to create a new one. My tracking number ew[protected]in. If they want any charges they should at least let us know or send the parcel back to the person. The parcel was received by kolkata post office on[protected] still no response till this date[protected]. Complaint made in twitter no response. I am not sure...

I ordered an adidas shoe from germany on 09th october 2017 for my cousin brother and the tracking id for my order is rb[protected]de. The item reached kolkata through india post on 13th october with no status report. On 24th october 2017 the tracking status showed that the item has been retained by customs and awaiting presentation to customs commissioner. And since 30th october 2017 it is showing that the item has been retained by customs...
