Kolors — Refund amount of Rs 1.2lakh

My sister took a laser hair treatment in kolors Davangere, the staff never said anything about the amount is not refundable. Even though we asked her if we want to stop the treatment what to do, she said you can stop when ever you want. We went to kolors asked about refund she said we won't give refund you can complain anywhere you want and we decided she made us fool and made money fraud. We paid a bill of 1.5lakh and we took 2 sessions treatment, for one sessions it cost 10k but she took 15k even we showed the website details, she saying with confidence that you can go to anyone we won't refund your money.

Here I am requesting for help from anyone. Please 🙏 help

Pls contact me i am also cheated by kolors because of wrong treatment i went to branch and fighter with them also lets go and file a complaint as a team against them pls contact me on [protected] iam a CA auditor own business also this is my official num contact me sir lets fight for justise.

Hi. I am another victim of Kolors Adyar, Chennai branch. Paid 80000, took only 1 session. Got skin burns. Asked for refund. They denied. We should take action against them. We are paying our hard earned money to them and we cant leave them so easily. Pls contact me at 9496490936
