I am writing to address my concerns regarding the weight loss program I enrolled in at the Tambaram branch of Kolors.
In October 2022, I joined Kolors with high hopes of achieving my weight loss goals. I initially paid 17, 500 INR for the program, but despite my best efforts and dedication, I did not see any significant results.
In response to my lack of progress, I was persuaded to upgrade to a 30, 000 INR plan, with the expectation that this would yield better results. However, I regret to say that even after opting for the more expensive plan, I have not witnessed any tangible improvements in my weight loss journey.
I have reached out to your branch multiple times, expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting a refund of the amount I have paid, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or assistance in this matter.
I kindly request your urgent attention to this issue and ask for the refund of the total amount I have invested in the program. It is disheartening to be in a situation where I have not experienced the promised results and have not received the support I expected from Kolors.
I hope for a swift resolution to this matter and request that you initiate the necessary steps to process my refund as soon as possible. I believe this is a fair and reasonable request given the circumstances.
Please confirm the receipt of this email and inform me of the next steps in the refund process. I look forward to your prompt action in this matter.
