[Resolved]  Kolors — refund request of rs 49000 swiped at kolors health care towards non-recipient of service from kolors health care

This is in regards to transaction of rs 49000 in Kolors. I have visited kolors branch on 15th june 2019 and consulted about a slimming treatment. Post which i have clearly told kolors team that i can only proceed after the health check from my family doctor but they manipulated and made me to swipe amount of rs 49000 from my credit card as there was an offer running instead i told about my health concern. Then my family doctor clearly instructed that i should not take such treatment as proposed my kolors.

Since i should not undergo that treatment and haven't took the service from Kolors, i have requested for refund.
grievance to get amount of rs 49000 refunded as service not at all received but paid.
