Hello sir, I am RajiniBai Ravikumar, took Treatment for slimming in Kolors health care porur chennai Branch. Tamilselvi was the trainer assigned to me, she gave false commitments like reducing fat in arms and hips within 3 months and made me to pay 1 Lakh. But after paying the amount, she never attended me, later I came to know that by making treatments addition by customers, she will be getting additional incentive. For benefit of getting incentives, she cheated on me. I complained to Branch head Joy Soniya. Soniya was telling me to take treatments in Beauty, so I switched my treatments to Beauty since no other way for me. For the amount I am paying I am taking treatment in beauty with no interest. They are not cancelling treatments too. Kolors giving false commitments in slimming, but not showing any result. They have not taken any action on TamilSelvi too till now. Many request letters given from my side for cancellation I am totally not happy, for slimming I came, but treatment is not given for slimming. There is no cancellation/ no refund. just cheating and false commitments given by Kolors Was this information helpful? |
