Ground floor bottom sill failure conditions need to change back
this is right from inception days, Kone staff refuse to accept and replace
they clam it has been rusted, at that position thr is no way water can go thr
we have been paying all AMC right from beginning,
engineer from kone has been visiting for last 3 years how they never noticed this problem.
