In our apartment in bangalore, we are using the kone lift amc services for the past 2 years but recently we see that the support is bad from kone side. Around a month back the kone executive kept forcing us to do the lift maintenance work as it has been 3 years since the lift has been in use. This time he wanted us to make the payment (Rs 15, 000) before doing the maintenance work. We had paid the amount (15000) but since then the lift maiantanance work has been not yet started. When called the concerned person they say that the spare parts is not available. If the spare part is not available why we were told to pay 15k in advance? Do we look like fools here. When we call no one picks the call. So frustrated here. Please address this issue on priority
