As you are aware, the great eastern summit "a" premises co-op. Soc., ltd., sector-15, cbd-belapur is a 13th floor (Ground + 13 floors) commercial building. There are 3 kone lifts installed. One is a dedicated lift. Out of 2 remaining, one is not operational since 10th october 2018.in spite of repeated follow-ups and promises made by kone elevators, lift has not become operational as on[protected]. Call center closed the earlier complaint, though nobody attended the problem. Requested us to contact the service head who did not even attend the call.
