We have purchase a 1tr inverter split ac from big bazaar sealdah (West bengal) on 23.01.2020.
On dated 16.08.2020 we have seen that ac not cooling ans shown el01 after 5minutes when ac turned on.
We have log the complain on 18.08.2020 ticket number[protected].
On dated 19.08.2020 got sms from jeeves that our jeeves engineer mr. Tanay adhikari [protected] will fix an appointment. After that mr. Adhikari came and seen the problem 1st he ask us that please give me user manual. After 1hour he checked ac and inform us that o/d pcb burnout need to be replace. After that we have called to customer care that please send professional engineer, do not sen mr adhikary for further visit because he have no idea about this ac. On dated 03.09.2020 got a sms and seen that mr. Adhikari again visit for solve the problem. After his change the pcb same problem found approx 2 hours they have spend but problem not solved. Finally they have inform us that indoor to out door cable may fault and same should be replace. Also inform us that change of cable is in our cost. The we have told that why?? Who installed it, who is the supplied and cable is damaged for external force? Also this is part of ac form indoor to outdoor unit and same had supplied by koryo so why should i pay additionally and this is under warranty. If cable burnout within 4months then what type of materials supplied by koryo.
After that he gone from there. And suddenly i have got sms from jeeves that has service completed on 03.09.2020 4.45pm.
After that so many times called customer care but every one inform me that our vigilance team will contact you but no call received from koryo.
