My name is Firosh.P working in a private company in Trivandrum .Unfortunately I purchased KORYO 43” LED TV from M/s. Future Retail LTD, BigBazar, Pattom, Trivandrum, on 26 /03/2019 bearing model no: KLE43FLCFH5 having s/n LCKLE43FH5A19B182220 with invoice no:KL[protected], amounted Rs.22, 993.94/-The TV was working up to One week and one fine morning it was not working and I contacted Big Bazaar Pattom branch after long conversation with them they ready replace the TV, Asper their direction I choose another model of KORYO LED TV bearing the model no:KLE43EXUJ99UHD having s/n:EXKLE43UJ99A19A 190046 with invoice no:KL[protected], amounted Rs.27, 990/- (I paid addition amt Rs.4996/-) dated :9/06/2019, the same was worked hardly one month again one fine morning it was not powering ON, its my bad time, again afterlong conversation and long time visited big bazaar pattom branch, finally they willing to replace LED TV, bearing the model no:KLE43FNFLF72T having s/n:FLKLE43FN72A 19E 197625 with invoice no.KL[protected].dated on 03/11/2019, was working uto 6 moths perfectly after that some time display come fading or white screen, some time works perfectly, due to panic situation of corona, your store was not functioning, so I am failure to catch your service and sales team, From January month 2020 onwards TV completely not working, when myself directly visited Future group store Big bazaar Pattom, Trivandrum on[protected], and contacted mr.Vishnu(his designation Department manager og Big Bazaar and his contact no.[protected]) regarding this matter, and he replied warranty periode is over, the can only support paid service and also knows very well of the history of my old 2 TV screen issues, and after that I intimated Mr.Vineeth.S (His Designation Store Manager of Big Bazaar and his contact no.[protected])with the same, he says same things and gave one of Big Bazaar Electronics Service Head Mr.Manjunath contact no.[protected], I forwarded the all the documents through whatsapp via and shared my history also through phone and he simply replied not cover under warranty and 80% product cost will come to replace the panel of the TV. suddenly disconnect my phone. So I am askimg your product life only one year?? I regret to inform you that the response of your Service as well as Sales Team in Trivandrum is utter waste and the response is very bad. . Please give some softskill training to this peoples than only he knows how to handle the customers.I Expect a positive respose from your end and rectify my issues.
I am using your products since 2007 onwards, And I Purchased one LED TV 2015 march it was good product and used morethan 5 years, that’s I forcefully choosed your product again and again, And I am using other Koryo products also like AC, Home theatre, Induction Cook, Micro wave oven etc, these products still working Perfectly and suggested to buy your product with my family and friends too.I humbly required my TV fully functional either by repair or replace the panel in warranty periode. Othewise I am forecefully moving by legally.
