Koryo — regarding delivery and installation of defunct air conditioner

Hello,
I am Debjyoti Debnath from Sambalpur Odisha, having purchased a Koryo AC from Big Bazaar on 7 April 2019 and got it delivered on 30 April 2019 and installation on 21st May 2019. The day it was installed the next day it stopped working and we have to tolerate the heat since then. We registered a complaint on 25th May 2019 after requesting big bazaar to follow up.

After repeated request the technician came on 29th May 2019 and failed to repair the AC due to lack of knowledge and said PCB and sensors are not working. However the technician said he will replace the AC or the spare parts he has not turned up since then which is very annoying and causing serious issues for us.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful so that the quality of big bazaar service can be maintained.

I purchase 1 ton koryo AC on 27 January 2019 but after one year they are not working properly. I contact to koryo service center and they ask to me our technician is visit to your home in 48 hours but now 10 days go. There technician is not visit to home
