I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the false information I was given by one of your sales agents when I was sold a credit card.
I was told that the joining fee and annual fee were zero and that it was part of a pre-approved special offer. However, when I contacted your customer care today, I was informed that I had to pay an annual fee.
I am disappointed that I was given false information by one of your employees, and I feel that I have been misled.
I trust that you will take appropriate action to ensure that this does not happen again, and I look forward to receiving your response.
