[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — Late fee charged incorrectly

Please waive if the late fee of inr 100 that has been charged on 26th feb as I was sick n hospitalized from 20th Feb to 28th Feb.
This late fee is hitting my credit score which I cannot afford for just 100 INR.
I have made the payment in full nd in past as well i'd made the payment on time. I can furnish my docs if req.
As per Indian law, it can be waived of in genuine case. Kindly waive it off for me.
Im pretty pissed off as I have beeb tryin to reach ccare for a while now. The chat option doesn't work. The email option is not there. The calling option I have to repeat everything again n again n I get disconnected every now n then.
I can't follow up over calls again n again. Send me an email or so or just waive it off.

They are neither calling me or emailed me for reversal. I want to get this revoked asap. I ll be forced to file action. Its been a week now.

Kotak bank is a big fraud bank, forget about waiver, they have charged me for unjust transaction and not even responding correctly. they are behaving like don.
