[Resolved]  KrazyBee — Cibil score not updated

I had taken 2 loans with Krazybee 2 years back and I paid all my EMI's on time and all the loans got completed on time but after 2 years also they have not completed the loans from their end .
It's affecting my cibil score as it's gone so bad that I'm not able to get any loans from any bank.
I have sent multiple emails to the Krazybee team regarding this but they are not even responding on this.
The loans are showing as completed on the Krazybee app also but still they are torturing me by reducing my CIBIL score.
It's a fraud company doing fraud with all the customers. Please help me in this.
