KrazyBee — Fake loan details in cibil

I have taken loan in krazybee application and also I have paid those loan. But now in cibil it showing fake loan details and status as not paid. I tried to call krazybee but there is no response from them.

Not yet resolved and now they reported as late payment and overdue because of this I'm not getting any loans.. but I have paid my loan properly.. why they are doing like this I don't know.
