KrazyBee — not updating civil after paying all due

Sir,
Actually i had paid all my due payment 6 months before but still my acount shows active in civil. I have reached to krazybee customer care several time but they do nothing...
I will attach here krazybee's application detail containing all loans closed and also civil report where all are still active.
Please do something as it continuously decreasing my credit score. As right now i started my career, if these things not getting corrected then my career will be ruined...

I have taken a loan from kreditbee Two days before my this amount of loan shows in Overdue amount that's effectets on my cibil score & my credit history plz resolve issue

I am added money(3700) from krazybee pay card to payzap wallet.money debited from pay card but not credited in payzap wallet.reference no is 243357533983510088726131028SUR2RJUSU
I Already contacted krazybee and they said that money is transferred from krazybee and issue is with payzap only.please respond quickly
