KrazyBee — Requested for NOC of paid dues, and they aren't responding.

Hello, I'm Sachin Ramesh Ingle taken a loan from krazybee app it wasn't really taken by me, one of my friends tricked me and and taken loan from my account and later on refused to repay then I was not able to repay on time cause I had no job. When I got a job I repaid their dues all at once but they didn't give me NOC (no objection certificate). Now they are not receiving my calls and not replying to my mail.

Requesting you to please resolve my query as the NOC is urgently needed. I'm providing the screenshot of the payment I've given via Google pay to the Finnovation tech solutions.
