KrazyBee — Unauthorized charges

Hi, recently I have checked my paytm app there I saw weird thing that I have payment due with krazybee since 2018 dec. due to that my cibil score drastically decreased. I haven't applied any loan or any payment from krazybee app . Even thought I didnot receive any notification or emails from this app
due to becasue of this my personal got rejected.
I'm not sure who will be benefited with this Fraud.
due amount (2200) amount.

I need your support help to resolve this issue and get my cibil back.
