[Resolved]  KrazyBee — Used Amazon gift card Which I received two years but, still being charged

I have applied for 20000 loan to buy a laptop in amazon. So the company provided me with two gift cards of 10000. But, one of the card was already an used one. So, when I raised a complaint they asked me to file an FIR. The police we're not ready to file an FIR when I reported the issue to KRAZYBEE they gave me an other gift card of 10000 and promised me that they would close the gift card. I recently wanted to apply for a loan and my credit score droped tp 540 because of this issue . This Happened in the year 2018 now it is 2021. No one is responding to me.
