KSOU — B tech electrical(distance) last semestar 2015 mark sheet & passing certificate not issued

I have completed b tech in electrical engineering 8th sem examination in summer 2015 from Karnataka State Open University through distance learning via Balaji institute sahibabad .

but university not issued my final semester mark sheet and b tech passing certificate certificate.

concerned person told case is in court but i don't know how a running session can be held, i already paid all semesters fees @ 15000 per semester to the university and invest my valuable time how it can be justified with out certificate.

I have all previous mark sheet o[censored]niversity as proof.( 6th sem mark sheet attached.)
