KSOU — Books material, Admit card not received

Dear Sir/Mam, I have enrolled for M.Sc clinical research and data management course in July 2013. My enrollment number is 13911FMCR0003. Since a year, I havent recevied any books/material for study, not even received the admit card. Could you please answer my query. Thanks, heema
